The safest plan and the most sure of success for a young man in life is to select the right vocation, one that will be of the right purpose and one that will equally proportionate to one’s interest, happiness and contentment. This is a reality most neglected by parents and guardians of the youth in setting career paths. You will find parents choosing careers for their kids even before they are even born. A father of five sons would give a hierarchical classification of his children’s careers. He would say; I will make Sam a clergyman, Steve a pilot, Doug a doctor, Scot a psychiatrist and Andrew a business man regardless of the children’s natural inclinations and genius.There is much diversity in our brains as in our countenances. Some of us are born natural mechanics, others having great aversion to machinery. If you were to carefully observe kids of the same age, you will notice a great difference in interests. If you gave them toys, you will discover their different machinery inclinations. Unless we enter the vocations intended for us by nature and best suited to our peculiar genius, we will not succeed. It is a pleasant fact that most people find their vocations at least before they die if not earlier but then you will find many posed regrets by some of these people who realize their potential while late or very late, those that discover their vocation in bad situations either in situations engulfing them to start digging up a fresh or in old-age situations.After securing the right vocation you will then need to consider the location. The location should be carefully selected for any kind of vocation. If for instance your genius lies in hotel management works and you were to select the location your self may be to set a new business, your expertise should ring that a competitive area with a huge number of customers say with a potential of hosting five hundred guests in a day will serve best if to be compared with a small village locale with no public travel or railroad communication and with relatively low number of people. It is equally important that you do not commence business where there are already enough competitors to meet all demands for customers in the same occupation.In conclusion, you will need to discover your vocation early enough, perhaps now if not earlier so that you can start nurturing it now. May be you just realized it off-late and you are fearing dropping what you are running currently and starting all over again but surely you really need not to worry. It is just a matter of deciding and remaining focused. Immediately you start cultivating your vocation it will take no time to sprout your success and if you think it right, leading a false career will never be equivalent to the vice versa regardless of the time it takes. Besides, time is precious and you need not waste even a second.
