How to fry beef meat and ensure it's well cooked.

Beef meat is the most risky food to consume, and yet very expensive. A kilo goes for kes. 300. Ugali, a cheap rich diet goes for kes. 48 a kilo. But due to the urge to eat some, ill help you make it better. At least solve some health complications caused by beef meat.

Beef meat should not be roasted or pan fried. Trust me, it's almost equal to eating it raw.

Boiling, wet frying, oven cooking, grinding, etc are among the best methods of cooking beef. But, since this is a single recipe, I will show you how to FRY beef, in the shortest possible time, and, cook it in the most appropriate manner. Should we?

Wet frying beef meat for a quick meal.

Meat cooking level: full
Serves: 3
Cooking time: 25 minutes.
Difficulty: moderate.

Ingredients.
0.5 kilo beef, steak. Should be fresh and tender.
1 cup green fresh peas.
Two medium sized carrots.
3 medium sized red ripe potatoes.
1 bulb onion, medium sized.
1 tablespoon cooking oil.
A tinge of salt (to taste)
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 split garlic.

Procedure:
Cut the meat into small pieces of about half a centimeter length cubes. Remove the bones.
Clean, peal and chop the carrots into small pieces.
Take a clean sufuria and place it on a source of heat. Gas, charcoal stove, electricity cooker, etc.
Allow nothing to remain inside. Water mostly. Add the cooking oil and allow it to head until no sound is emanated from it. The oil should be very hot. Add some salt to it. Spread evenly to all the base surface of the sufuria. Add the meat cubes. (ensure it's chopped into very small sized pieces. Preferably half a centimeter diagonal length. Remove all bones, apart from the ones containing some bone marrow. Be careful not to get burned by the hot oil as you

add.
Add the onions and garlic and cover with a lid. Use some gloves, paper, wet towel etc to hold the sufuria and vigorously shake the meat to ensure it does not stick and probably burn. Shake in 1 minute intervals, for 6 minutes.
Add the tomatoes and cover again. The meat and the tomatoes, due to salt and heat will yield some water so no need to add any.
Shake for 3 minutes.
Add the peas and the finely chopped carrots and cover again for 15 minutes, shaking for about 3-4 times in timely intervals.
Note: do not use a cooking spoon, stick, etc unless the meat sticks to the sufuria's wall or base. Add some water to make a soup as the beef functions as a stew for chapatis, ugali, etc. Or sometimes taken plain.
Allow the soup to boil and serve hot!

Precautions:
Hot sufurias can burn your skin if touched. Just ensure you use some gloves, paper, wet towel, etc. To protect yourself.
Do not allow the vapour from the pot to escape in vast amounts. Use an almost airtight lid.
Do not taste the meat by eating a piece of beef. Raw beef can spread worms or cause gout disease among other harms.
You can add spices like royco cubes, pilau, etc to suite the preferred taste.
Enjoy.
