Ways of defending yourself against false accusations in Kenya

Chaotic situations call for superb ways in order to remain un-involved.
Many people don't actually get to do wrong but take the blame and even the severe punishments.
You might get arrested as you walk from work at nine and the next thing you know is that you've been imprisoned for 6 years under the case of murder or something else.
In other cases, you might be the only person left in a place and something is reported missing. You stole it, that's the accusation.
Whatever the case, you'll need to speak out and defend yourself in such a needy situation. But, how?

Here's some golden tips on how to.

1. Be innocent

In the first place, don't use this guide on how to defend yourself if, and if, you are/was involved in the named situation. If it is about murder, drug dealing, weapon smuggling, rape, theft, etc don't be involved. You can cheat/lie to me, to the court, to the world in whole, but, you can't do that to yourself.
Why do I have to say this?
Because, though this guide will also work and probably defend you in such situations, guilt will one day expose you. There was once a man who wanted to kill his brother because of family inheritance. Land, investments, vehicles, etc. Whenever he got a chance, a disruption occurred. Someone walked by, a telephone rang, someone called and so on. This went on but finally the chance came. He followed him carefully to a forest path and ensuring the situation was clear, with one blow on the head, his blood brother dropped dead.
Apart from two innocent doves, nothing or no one else witnessed the case. Days went by and by, years to years and the mystery remained hidden.
Then one day something happened. He was with

his allies on an outside placing taking some ale. In his drunkenness, some two innocent doves appeared. Though he never wanted to say it, he murmured, "these two doves resemble the ones that I saw when I killed my brother".
You know what happened.
That's it. If you have to defend yourself for real. Be innocent.

2. Be confident.

This is easy. Unless the accusation is too serious or true. Shaking of hands, lips or legs can deny you confidence and probably look and/or sound guilty.
This can be manually controlled by the following easy actions.
A. Breath deeply and slowly in out. This supplies oxygen to all parts of the body, mostly the brain hence ease thinking and fluent flow of ideas. Realistic ideas.
B. Relax.
Tension is a bad feeling and can sometimes be discouraging. It stands on the way of you being capable of speaking, looking and feeling true.

3. Use a language you fully understand.

We've seen innocent people being convicted because of crimes they never committed just because they couldn't speak out their minds to defend themselves. It's always good to use your mother language. Why? Because it's what you can speak best.

4. Intelligence and general knowledge should be part and parcel of you.

Sometimes you'll be involved in accusations that are clearly direct that you were not involved. Time is one of the advantages. If something happened before nine and you know that that's you practice hour, then mention it. The people who train you/with you can be enough evidence. In general knowledge, you should use ideas like it's not possible to be capable of carrying a 90 kg of rice to a distance of 5 miles without using some help. This calls for some careful concern and in most cases, you find yourself breaking free.

5. Honesty is sometimes the only way out.

In my childhood days, back in the nineties, I remember my mother asking me to speak the truth, and, the truth would set me free. Do you think I would say yes that I ate some sugar? No. This way I got beaten to a pulp. I wish I would have been honest and maybe if she would not freely let me go, at least she would have beaten me less.
Be honest, if you stole some food because you were hungry, don't deny it, no one have been hanged because of stealing some food, we all know that.

6. In very rare cases, it's sometimes good to admit mistakes you don't do just to end the fight or arguments. If your spouse accuses you of taking their money, of which you did not, just say yes and provide some. This hurts no one. But be careful, admitting in a court of law that you murdered someone will bring your life to an indefinite end, or at least make it hell.

In conclusion, remember to put God first in whatever you do. Pray before standing before a court of law, before going to the principal's office, before facing that difficult situation..pray.
