A change in diet includes dropping alcoholic drinks and switching to healthy drinks such as fruit beverages.Exercising is compulsory if you are to shed that unnecessary belly fat. Adopt a training program involving cardiovascular and strength training activities. Cardiovascular exercises such as aerobics, jogging, cycling and brisk walking help in burning fat, increasing energy and body metabolism. Strength training activities such as weight lifting also burn fat and help in muscle formation.A health person should drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Increased water intake helps in metabolism and flushes away toxins from the body. Drinking water often also keeps you satiate preventing you from binge eating.Loosing body fat is a simple process which requires dedication and consistency. If you eat right, exercise properly and drink the right amount of water, then consider yourself on the path towards loosing belly fat.
