Education should provide opportunities for fullest development of individual's talents and personality. It should help every child to develop their potential, interest and abilities. Through education, the teacher tries to tap each child’s talent and potential and develop their personalities so that they can improve their lives and transform their societies in future.

Teachers always remind their children not to laugh at others when they make mistakes. This helps eliminating shyness and help children with low esteem to improve to a greater level.Teachers give low esteemed children confidence by giving them assurance that they are accepted and respect when they made mistakes. When preschoolers are narrating a story and made mistakes, nobody who is allowed to laugh or ridicule them because nobody is perfect, everyone is bound to make mistakes and to make mistake is normal. Preschool teachers act as a role model in giving respect to everyone in the class, then the kids follow.

Through the teaching process, preschool teachers appreciate to children for something. Appreciation helps a lot to improve child’s personality and also help them to overcome their weaknesses.
During play, teachers help a lot to develop talents and abilities of the children. There are many children who are talented but no guts to show their talents. Through social studies methods of teaching such as the use of songs, the teacher can identify the child who has a talent in singing then help him/her to improve in this area. Social activities such as drawing give an opportunity to the teacher to understand the child who is talented in this area. For example, if a child is good in drawing, the teacher helps the child to develop this talent by displaying his work in public for everybody to see and recognize his/her talent and ability.
