Universities are competitive and completely independent places where students have many duties and responsibilities in addition to expectations they have to live up to. This leads to high levels of stress and burn out and requires students to implement their coping skills and abilities in order to manage academic stress efficiently .
This research project entails details of the topic, target population, findings and interpretations of the results.
