4.0 Introduction
This chapter will deal with both quantitative and qualitative findings, discussions and presentations from this study. It will also present the general response rate of the samples.

4.1 Purpose of the Study
The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of the male preschool teachers on the academic performance of the preschool children in Waldai zone, Belgut Sub County –Kericho County. To achieve this, this study tried to achieve the following objectives: It tried to find out the number of male preschool teachers in Waldai Zone, the causes of low number of male preschool teachers in Waldai Zone, the parents views about the low number of male teachers in Waldai Zone and it further examined the influence of the male preschool teachers on the academic performance of preschoolers in Waldai Zone, Belgut sub county-Kericho county.
