About Multimedia University of Kenya
Multimedia University of Kenya was established by the Kenyan government under legal notice Number 155 of 2008 as a constituent of JKUAT and later granted university charter on 1st March 2013.
It is located near Ongata Rongai town.
Multimedia University of Kenya offers various business, information technology, engineering and media related courses to students at certificate, diploma and undergraduate levels.
Students are able to study on regular basis, on part time basis or through open, distance and eLearning mode through Centre for Open, Distance & eLearning (CODeL).
To apply for courses at Multimedia University of Kenya, one should meet the following admission requirements.
1. Undergraduate degree programmes - One must have a mean grade of C+ (plus) at KCSE or any other relevant and acceptable qualifications.
2. Diploma courses - A minimum grade of C (Plain) in KCSE.
3. Certificate courses - A minimum KCSE grade of C- (minus).
