Admission RequirementsThose seeking admission to Egerton University should meet the following minimum entry requirements.1. Certificate ProgrammeMean grade of C- in Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education2. Diploma ProgrammesMean grade of C in KCSE or equivalent or certificate in a related field from a recognized training institution with a credit pass3. Regular Degree ProgrammesCandidates must posses a mean grade of KCSE C+ and above and subject cluster as set up by the Joint Admissions Board (JAB). In-service candidates must posses a diploma with a credit pass or equivalent.4. Self Sponsored Degree ProgrammesCandidates must posses a mean grade of C+ and above and a subject cluster of C+ and above in relevant field of study. A-level students with at least two principal passes may also be admitted. In-service candidates must posses at least a credit diploma from a recognized institution.5. Postgraduate Degree Programmes(i) Masters - Minimum requirement is a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with at least 2nd class honours (upper division) or equivalent from Egerton University or other recognized university.(ii) Ph.
