With the year 2013 coming to the end,it is the high time for everyone to welcome the New Year.i.e 2014. Since it is the start of the new year, We should set up achievable and realistic goals that we ought to achieve before 2014 comes to an end. 2013 has been a successful year and we should forget everything about it and focus on what next after 2013. Adages say "That you should not wait for conditions to be perfect for you to start but starting makes the conditions perfect"As we all venture in this New year, so many ideas will come up in individuals minds, implementing them will be the best achievement one can make in order to realize His or Her goals and objectives.Let no one wait until the best time comes in order to carry on with a particular task.Begin and everything will run smoothly.Let everyone learn the art of begin and not the art of keeping waiting. As we approach this new year bear in mind that you cannot move from one place to another without taking a step forward. If not so you will always remain stagnant.As we approach this year (2014) know that success is for those who wake up and work hard in order to succeed. Their will be no success without sacrifice. Work towards achieving your goals and objectives throughout this year.When setting your goals make sure that your goals are SMART.i.e(Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time-Bound.When setting your goals make sure that you are specific in what you want to achieve all the year round or within any set period of time.This will ensure that you work towards achieving the goals that are crucial in the set span of time.Make sure your goals are measurable in comparison to your input or available resources that you might allocate in order to realize your goals. This will help you in achieving your goals adequately and sufficiently.Always set achievable goals for you to gain morale in whatever field that you are venturing.Achieved goals boosts morale of the performer thus enabling Him or Her put more inputs bearing in mind that the output will be awesome. Therefore set goals that you will achieve. Again set Realistic goals that you know they are achievable. Do not set goals for the purpose of setting or for people to see.Set goals that are real, that you know you will achieve.Set goals that are time bound. Set appropriate time for the goals that you want to achieve.Allocate each and every goal enough time for you to work on and achieving the very best from your endeavor. I wish everybody a New Year full of God's supply. As we all set up 2014 goals let bear in mind that it is easy to map the way but moving through the way is the real test.
