Questionnaires have become a regular feature of modern day living.Questionnaire are meant to determine various issues like market trends, national examination performance, political thought, community needs among others.
Questionnaires are advantageous in that they provide direction as to what information is to be collected, afford the respondents time to choose their answers, offer systematic analysis and document a variety of responses.

Structuring questionnaires.
-Establish the purpose of the questionnaire and the type of data you wish to collect.
-Predetermine states, opinions or conclusions.
-Ensure your questionnaire begin with factual and less demanding questions.
-They may also be structured in such a way that respondents simply tick the response they favour.
-Questionnaires may also be framed in such a way to grade a respondent's attitude or feeling towards something.
-Keep questionnaire to an appropriate length as people may lack time to keep on turning pages.
-Use appropriate language and avoid patronizing your respondents.

Example.

Fill the questionnaire by either ticking the appropriate box or filling in the required information.
