An email is a form of electronic communication; the electronic mail. They are letters but their different is that they are sent through the internet by use of computers and capable phones.

Procedure.
.Click to open the application or program you want to use to send the email be it google, yahoo.
.Log into your account by typing your ID or username which could be your email address and password.
.Click on the 'compose' button.
.On the 'TO' space you find, write the email address of the person you are sending to.
.On the 'cc' space write the email addresses of other parties you wish to receive the email, though this is optional.
.On the 'SUBJECT' space, write the few words of what the email is about. This will help the recipient to have a clue of the message within the email even before reading it.
.The space left is the 'MESSAGE' space which is used to write the body of the email.
.When you are done with writing, click on the 'SEND' button and wait for the computer to give feedback whether or not the email has been sent. If not sent, resend until it is sent.
