Fruits are said to be the best nutritional food one can ever take. But there are mistakes that we make when we eat them and they end up being useless to our bodies. Here are some tips you should consider when you want to take fruits as they differ with their nutrients.

- Eat fruits alone, on an empty stomach. This will give the stomach time to absorb all the nutrients you need as it has nothing else to digest.

- Eat fruits first thing in the morning. You can take them in the morning before you take breakfast in order to give your body the necessary nutrients for keeping you fit all day long. Some people take them after breakfast but you have to remember they should be taken on an empty stomach.

- Accompany your fruits consumption with some proteins which are not so fatty, this is because proteins start their digestion in the stomach just like fruits.

- Never eat fruits after a meal. The stomach will be busy digesting the foods you have taken making the fruits go to waste.

-Eat Melons alone. This is because melons don't have a good reaction with some other types of fruits and if mixed they might be harmful.

-Fruits are okay before noon.
