Tea parties have been around for quite some time.They trace their history back to the days of Queen Elizabeth the first who usually entertained the prominent women in the afternoons at her palace.The tea parties actually brought into being the sponge cake,a simple delicacy.Here i will give you the advantages and disadvantages of a tea party.THE GOOD.*They are easy to prepare.You do not need tonnes of food on your recipe.*Good timing.Tea parties are usually held in the evenings.This is convenient for those attending with regard to transportation and when they want to leave.*Tea parties are sober bonding times.Everyone is responsible for what they say hence saving you any embarrassments.*Tea has an array of options as accompaniments.You can have cakes,biscuits,buns,doughnuts,nuts and really anything your guests may fancy.*A tea party has easier clean up time.No oily dishes,no broken china etc.THE BAD.*Tea parties are not perceived as 'real' parties.People do not usually have the party feeling going.*They are also seen as cheap excuses for parties since they do not come with a huge bill.*Tea parties are too sober. Partiers come to a place to socialize yet socialization can be a hard stunt to pull without a little intoxication of the senses.*Many people prefer attending parties at night till morning as it does not affect their daytime schedule.
