If getting out of the building is not an option you can walk up and down the stairs of your building to engage your muscles to create more energy leaving you feeling energized.

2) Sometimes feeling tired can be caused by lack of sleep. It is a good idea to take a nap for about 20 minutes to recharge your body for another two or more hours. Taking a nap for a long time will make you feel sleepy when you wake up and you will feel more tired and irritable than before. Take the nap in a position that isn’t comfortable enough but isn’t harmful to your body like in an arm chair.

Take in large amounts of air by inhaling and exhaling deeply for fifteen minutes.

8) People often under estimate the importance of stretching in keeping your body active. Sitting in the office all day will prevent blood getting to certain parts of your body causing you to suffer from muscle cramps. When you are in the office take about ten minutes to stretch out your muscles and enable blood flow to the organs.
