How to please your employer in KenyaThere are so many people in Kenya who have jobs. Among them, there are those who make their employers very pleased and for this, they get some sort of reward from their employers. However, there might be a few of them who never get praised or rewarded by their employers. Among these, there are those who know exactly why their employers are never pleased by them, but there are still some who think that they have done everything that they can to please their employers. If you are this kind of a person, then here are a few tips to help you please your employer.1) Get to work on time. This might be obvious for most of us, but there are still a few people in Kenya who do not understand the essence of keeping time. Let me break it down for you.Your employer earns money from the work that you do and the quality of work that you do. This is because the more work the workers do, the more goods or services the company or the business in which you are employed produces and thus the money it makes for the employer. Each time you are late for work, your employer counts it as a deduction in his or her income which makes your employer never to reward you or even to fire you.2) Get your employers attention. There are so many big companies and big businesses in Kenya which have so many employees working in them. If you have been employed in any of these great companies or businesses, you might have noticed that your employer might not even know your name. This is a good thing if you are always caught doing something wrong at the work place, but if you want to get rewarded by your employer, then this is a very bad thing for you. If your employer does not even know you at all, then he or she might not be very much able to reward you.You need to somehow know your employer and also let them know you a bit more so that every little good thing that you do in the company might get noticed.3) Work overtime. Not everyone gets rewarded for working overtime in Kenya, but if you are the only person who works overtime in a certain company, then I believe that any good employer will reward you for doing so in order to motivate you to keep up the good work. There might be other things that you think will make your employer even more pleased with you. You do them, because this is the only way to get rewarded by your employer.
